Over The Rainbow Scuba Adventures (OTRSA) is a Portland-based trip planning business serving scuba divers and people wanting to learn to dive. Scuba diving trips encompass both warm and cold water destinations around the world. Special emphasis is placed on preparing trips which include world class diving opportunities combined with exciting land based excursions. Certification classes are available for beginning divers through advanced training seminars.

OTRSA will arrange for all aspects of your guided diving vacations, except final booking of your air fares (unless traveling within a group package.) OTRSA packages include hotel or live aboard accommodations, diving arrangements, land transfers, and location specific details to help eliminate your travel anxieties.
